FREQUENTLY ASKED

FAQs

Common questions about Nice Package, ordering, and what to do when something’s off.

  1. Check the package. Look for tears or punctures. You should feel a cushion of air inside.
  2. Open carefully. Remove the condom from the package without using teeth or sharp objects.
  3. Pinch the tip. Gently pinch the condom tip and place it over the head of the penis. Retract the foreskin if necessary.
  4. Roll it down. Unroll the condom down the shaft to the base.
  5. Add lube as desired. Use water- or silicone-based lubricant for comfort and safety.
  6. Hold and withdraw. Immediately after ejaculation, hold the condom at the base and withdraw while still erect.
  7. Dispose properly. Throw the condom in the trash and wash your hands with warm water and soap.

Orders typically ship every one to two weeks.

If you believe your order is missing or lost, it may have been cancelled for one of these reasons:

  • The shipping address is outside of Arizona.
  • There was an error in the address. Make sure to include your apartment number if applicable.
  • You’ve placed more than one order this month. We have a “1 order per address per month” rule to ensure fair distribution. Extra orders are reduced at our discretion.
  • Offensive language was used in the name field.

Feel free to re-place your order with a correct Arizona address (including apt #), confirming it’s your first order this month, and using appropriate language in all forms.

PrEP may be a good fit if you:

  • Are sexually active and your current HIV status is negative.
  • Have had anal or vaginal sex in the past 6 months and: have a sexual partner who has HIV, don’t regularly use condoms, have multiple sexual partners, or have been diagnosed with an STI in the last 6 months.
  • Have shared needles, syringes, or injection equipment in the last 6 months.
  • Have used PEP (post-exposure prophylaxis) in the past.
